I ordered three wipe-clean armchairs for my new office space. They were meant to show up on Tuesday, but I got a call from the delivery guy on Monday afternoon saying he was already there. Luckily, someone was around to take them in.

These chairs are super stiff, definitely not comfy at all. They were advertised as padded, but that’s not the case. Honestly, they’re way too pricey for what you get.

I've been trying to track down an order for some breakout seating for over three months now, and I keep getting told that someone will call me back, but it never happens. My order number is 2116456. The last update I got was that there were two delivery attempts made to an address 300 miles away in Lancashire. The courier was shocked at how mixed up the addresses were. After more back and forth, they promised delivery by January 10, 2023, but surprise, it never showed up. Now, I'm stuck having to dispute the charge on my card. Seriously, steer clear of this company!

I mistakenly chose the wrong delivery method and reached out to onlinereality for a switch, and they got back to me super quick. Plus, the desk I wanted was out of stock in my preferred color, but they helped me pick another one and got it to me fast! Big thanks to Nathan and Annabelle for their assistance!

What a terrible shopping experience! I placed an order for a desk on their site on September 23rd, and after repeatedly calling them, I found out on November 9th that the item was no longer available. Initially, they promised delivery within 10-15 days, but I never got a single call or email to inform me about any delays or stock issues.

Each time I reached out, I got a new excuse. First, they said it was delayed coming from France, then it was stuck at the UK depot due to a huge backlog, then it was supposedly with the installers, and I was told a delivery date would be coming soon. Then, out of nowhere, they claimed it was back in France! After seven weeks of no communication and blatant lies, I was finally informed that they didn’t have the item anymore. Seriously, don’t waste your time or cash.

Awesome item, but the shipping is just awful. Both things I ordered were supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days. The first one took over a week to get here. The next time, I hung around for 2 weeks before I asked about it - only to find out it would be another 2 weeks before I got my stuff. If there are issues with the supply chain, that's cool, but I’d expect to be told before I pay, or at least get some kind of update before I have to reach out myself.

We just got ourselves an L shaped standing desk from Online Reality, and we couldn't be happier! Assembly was a breeze, it offers a solid variety of height settings, and cleaning it is a cinch. We're super satisfied with our buy and would totally suggest Online Reality to anyone looking.

I've shopped at Office Reality a few times for office furniture, and I've consistently been impressed with the quality of their products and the service they provide. Just recently, I got two desks, and one of 'em included an installation service. The delivery happened right on schedule, and they kept me in the loop the whole time.

Customer support has been really disappointing. It's been 3 weeks now, and I'm still waiting on 4 chairs that were listed as available. I was informed later that only 2 were actually in stock, which I agreed to have delivered. They assured me that the other 2 would arrive in about 12 weeks. Since then, I've reached out to 2 different representatives to figure out why the first 2 chairs haven't shown up. Just yesterday, I was told they would check with the warehouse about the delay and promised to call me back. Here we are, 36 hours later, and I've heard nothing, plus still no chairs in sight.

Fantastic chairs and great service. We needed some comfy dining seats to match our new unique dining nook in the kitchen. We're super happy with our choice!
